Terms & Conditions
Due to the limited availability of each class, our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced as follows:
- A 100% refund will be given if we receive written notice of your cancellation within at least (5) business days prior to the class date.
- A 25% administrative fee will be charged for cancellations received with fewer than (5) business days notice.
- No refund will be given for a cancellation which is received with fewer than 24 hours notice.
- A 25% rescheduling fee will be charged for rescheduling your participation in a class less than 48 hours before the start of the class.
- You may substitute another individual within up to 24 hours prior to the start of a class.
Unforeseen instances such as severe weather may force 8th & Walton to re-schedule classes. We anticipate this being extremely rare, but when it does happen, we will make every effort to contact you and accommodate your re-scheduling needs.
