If you see a red error message, it means your email address and password do not match our records. If you're not sure you are using the correct password, click the "Reset your password" link and we will send you a new password to use. If you do not see an error message, make sure you have cookies enabled in your browser. Cookies are required to log in, register for courses and purchase videos.
Why do I keep getting error messages? Am I doing something wrong?
Usually error messages are a result of an incorrect form entry. Either a required field was left incomplete or an entry did not pass validation. Re-check what you entered in the form. There are other times when you will receive an error message that doesn't make much sense. This is usually due to a glitch in our system (though it can also be due to a server problem). We will receive an email notification when such an error occurs, and we will correct the glitch.
I purchased a video but I'm unable to watch it in my browser. What things should I check for?
First of all, you must have the Adobe Flash Player installed as a plugin in your browser. Also, if you are using a 64-bit operating system such as Windows Vista 64, make sure you aren't using the 64-bit version of Internet Explorer. There is no 64-bit compatible version of Adobe Flash Player.
