Omnichannel shopping is getting easier for consumers, according to a recent study:

Unsurprisingly, investing in a more connected experience can have a positive impact on revenue — and vice versa. Most shoppers said they will spend more time and/or money at a retailer when they offer immersive experiences — but also, they’re likely to walk away when frustrated by digital channels in particular.
