Walmart Inc. announced major leadership changes effective February 1, 2026, as incoming President and CEO John Furner restructures the company to strengthen focus on innovation, AI, and customer experience.
- Seth Dallaire, currently EVP and Chief Growth Officer for Walmart U.S., has been promoted to EVP and Chief Growth Officer for Walmart Inc.
- David Guggina, EVP and Chief eCommerce Officer for Walmart U.S., will become President and CEO of Walmart U.S.
- Chris Nicholas, who has served as President and CEO of Sam’s Club U.S., will succeed Kath McLay as President and CEO of Walmart International.
- Latriece Watkins, currently EVP and Chief Merchandising Officer for Walmart U.S., will succeed Nicholas as President and CEO of Sam’s Club U.S. Watkins.
