At a recent NRF conference, Walmart’s Chief Customer Officer noted that many Walmart customers are concerned about economic issues:

 

“Almost half of Walmart customers surveyed in November said that they were worried about the current health of the economy, Walmart Chief Customer Officer Janey Whiteside said Tuesday at the virtual National Retail Federation conference.”
