Retail Link® 1: Basics Learn all that Retail LInk® has to offer and how to access its DOCS and APPS. Explore the Retail Link® Decision Support Home Page and the elements of building a query. -
Day 2
Retail Link® 2: Decision Support Learn how to create and retrieve queries from start to finish. Explore different versions of the same data to give you a fuller, richer understanding of your product’s performance in Walmart. -
Day 3
Retail Link® 3: Analysis Learn how to find trends and insights in your data. As you practice using true case studies from other suppliers, you’ll sharpen your analytical skills and experience the thrill of uncovering solutions and discovering new opportunities.

The Retail Link® Suite is a 3-day class, running from 9 AM to 4:30 PM CST. You may take all 3 classes in the same week or stagger them. Some suppliers like taking Retail Link® 1 and 2 in one week and then taking Retail Link® 3 the following month -- either in-person or as a live, on-line class.
Requirements
- Please register for class using your supplier email address.
- You need authorized access to Retail Link® (ID and password).
- In order to be able to produce valid reports, your company should be shipping to Walmart prior to taking this class.
- You need a laptop with wireless capabilities and Excel.
- If you are registered for an online webinar: You need a webcam in your computer. - Please log in 15 minutes before start of class. - Dual monitors are recommended to follow along and participate in the exercises.
