Class Description

The growth of retailers with a heavy focus on private labels and private brands has created an environment where some of the largest and most traditional retailers are expanding their private brand offering by leaps and bounds. This new class will help you understand the many roles private brands can play and how to best develop a strategy to win in the ever-changing retail climate.  

Team members from sales, category management, account management, and brand management will all benefit from this class. At the conclusion of the class you will have an understanding of the role both private and exclusive brands play as well as some strategies to stay competitive in a changing category.
