Overview
Our Replenishment course focuses on the interaction between a supplier and the Walmart and Sam's replenishment teams. You will gain an understanding of how to effectively implement strategies in the area of seasonality, forecasting and inventory management. In addition, you will learn how to develop successful inventory strategies by utilizing Retail LInk®, Walmart’s replenishment system and POS activity to efficiently maximize sales performance at Walmart.

Note: We strongly advise the use of dual monitors for webinars. If this is not possible, we suggest printing the class notes prior to attending.
An understanding of Retail Link® is required for this course and an understanding of planning and forecasting is recommended.
