This course is designed to help suppliers have visibility to inventory throughout the supply chain by utilizing the SAT tool to the fullest. The SAT tool allows users to analyze sales from a category level, fineline level or item level and compare perfomances against different KPIs.
With high-level inventory analysis, your company can determine root-cause opportunities and identify the right direction for growth.

- How to run the tool and analyze the data to identify inventory concerns
