One of the foundations of any supplier meeting with either Walmart or Sam’s Club is the Supplier Performance Scorecard. It is the financial P&L that provides a summary of all financial metrics that are important to both you and your buyer. Understanding your financial results is key to managing and improving your business and buyer relationship.
Whether you are responsible for sales, replenishment, or marketing, this course will enable you to know what questions to ask and how to quickly view the performance of your business.

- Running the Supplier Performance Scorecard in Retail Link®
- Utilizing filter/drill down capabilities
- Interpreting the metrics on the scorecard
- Understanding key financial and supply chain metrics
