Overview
Our Replenishment course focuses on the interaction between a supplier and the Walmart and Sam's replenishment teams. You will gain an understanding of how to effectively implement strategies in the area of seasonality, forecasting and inventory management. In addition, you will learn how to develop successful inventory strategies by utilizing Retail LInk®, Walmart’s replenishment system and POS activity to efficiently maximize sales performance at Walmart.
