Overview
Our Replenishment course focuses on the interaction between a supplier and the Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club replenishment team. You will gain an understanding of how to effectively implement strategies in the area of seasonality, demand planning, and inventory management. In addition, participants will learn how to develop successful inventory strategies by exploring how Wal-Mart’s replenishment system and POS activity can be used to efficiently maximize sales performance at Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club.

An understanding of retail math, basic Retail Link® and planning and forecasting is recommended before taking this class.
