Overview

An inaccurate forecast will not only cost your company sales and profit, it will also impact your credibility and eventually damage key relationships within Walmart.  This course will help you make better decisions that will improve the performance of your business and enhance your credibility as a business partner.

In this course we examine the role of the Planner and Analyst, then focus on the primary components of strategic planning (seasonality, assortment planning, forecasting, etc.). Participants will learn how to better analyze their business and make both accurate and timely recommendations to Walmart.  The tools we discuss will help you ensure that volume, profitability and asset efficiency goals are met or exceeded.
