Our Introduction to Retail Link® course is a lecture format that provides an overview of the system and highlights many of the basic capabilities to people with no Retail Link® experience.
In this course, you will learn:

- Decision Support overview (Company Summary, Store Detail, Store of the Community, Supplier Score Card, Market Basket)
- Supplier Matrix overview
- SWAS overview
- CPFR overview
This class is not designed for people with access to Retail Link®.
