Retail Training Objectives
Retail Link® is central to the Walmart Way. Whether you're new to Retail Link® or want to understand it even though your position doesn't require you to get hands on with it, Introduction to Retail Link® will give you the insight you need.
Our Introduction to Retail Link® course is in a lecture format that provides an efficient overview of the system. This course is designed specifically for people with no Retail Link® experience.
In this course, you will learn:
- The Home Page
- Decision Support overview (Company Summary, Store Detail, Store of the Community, Supplier Score Card, Market Basket)
- Supplier Matrix overview
- SWAS overview
- CPFR overview
This class is not designed for people with access to Retail Link®.
