This course is designed to take novice Retail Link® users deep into the realm of Decision Support. Go beyond a simple item detail query to more fully unlock the wealth of data available.

- To move beyond the basic selection – harness the power of filters and Options
- How to create, modify and maintain custom groups
- The benefits of all types of custom groups – report column, item and Store Groups
- How to make the most of saving reports and utilization of sharing user templates with other users

- The different types of markdowns and what types your company may be incurring
- Basic analysis instruction on Rollback Reporting as well as Promotional SSOs
