Retail Training Objectives
This course is designed to take seasoned Retail Link® users well beyond the basic functionality and examines highly value-added reporting, analysis and sales/profit producing recommendations. We will explore all of the resources that Retail Link® offers, as well as detailed and granular analysis of the data in Excel.
In this course, you will learn:
- Establish your sales baseline and promotional volume
- Identify your top performing modulars
- Recommend unique modulars to improve sales and productivity
- Review methods for calculating sell thru on various types of promotions and events
- Use Market Basket reporting to its fullest
- Identify areas of the country where your brands perform the strongest
An understanding of retail math as well as strong Retail Link® and Excel experience is required before attending this course.
